  1)Weight Management:
Eating healthy will help you lose weight. Replacing unhealthy foods with healthy ones; eating white meat, fruits and vegetables instead of candy and juices will definitely trim down your calorie count. Instead of getting fat and toxins in your shape, you get vitamins, minerals and fiber instead. Taking junk food and sodas completely off of your system will lead you into losing two to three pounds a week wanting any workout.

2)Muscle:

The majority of people also struggle with gaining muscle on their road to fitness. This doesn't mean that we should binge on everything in order to gain the muscle. When you eat junk food in order to build muscle, it will lead to an excess of fat buildup in your body. Eating clean food will lead to much more muscle gain than grease. Eat smaller meals and eat them more frequently, and stick to foods that have unsaturated fats, lean protein, fruits, Shellfish , and brown rice.

  3)energy:

So lot of people are tired these days. Even the ones who are getting plenty of sleep. Good nutrition is vital for providing us with the energy we need to handle a work, school, family recreation or whatever you need to do. Unfortunately, the foods that make up the bulk of our Standard American Diet (SAD) are mostly foods that will drain us of energy like sugar and Pure Grain.

  4)Lower your blood pressure:

Alcohol, snacks, caffeine (found in coffee, colas and tea), and sodium (found in most packaged and canned food, and salt), could lead to high blood pressure thus putting you at a higher risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke, obesity, and some types of cancer. You can counter hypertension simply by including more fruit, vegetables and low-fat dairy products like milk or yoghurt in your regimen.

  5)Sleep Easy:

Many people who have trouble with insomnia aren't getting enough of the right minerals such as magnesium or the right amino acids such as tryptophan. When it comes to getting a good night's sleep when you eat can be just as substantial as what you eat.
